Hi! My name is Bernadette, but most people call me Bernie. I am a positive and loyal friend, honest to a fault. I love to laugh, and I tend to smile a lot. My faith in God defines me, he is my priority in life, family and friends a very close second. I have been on a long, tough, journey. (Originally, convicted in 2011, that conviction overturned in 2016, out on bond awaiting retrial from 2016 to 2018, then convicted at retrial in November 2018 on a lesser charge with a reduced sentence). I am ready to leave the past behind me and look forward to a brighter future.

I am seeking new friends on this path, not just while I am here, but hopefully friendships that will endure when I get out. I am looking for positive influences in my life. Someone to encourage me on my way, that I can encourage as well. I am seeking friends that are kind, honest, and trustworthy. I would like to meet new people, not just here in the States, but also abroad.
