Hello, my name is Kayla. I am a 32 year old single mother of 2. I am at the end of my sentence and I can't wait to rejoin society. I am a very loving, caring, and outgoing person. My hobbies are traveling, shopping, cooking, and doing hair. Prior to my arrest, I worked as a phlebotomist and medical assistant while attending college for my nursing degree as an RN.

While incarcerated, I've obtained my cosmetology license through St. Paul beauty college. At the moment, I am a student at Minnesota State University for my Associate's in Liberal Arts and nonprofit leadership.

Being that this is my first and only time doing time, it has been very challenging coping and learning the way of life behind bars.
