On behalf of my brother who is currently incarcerated, I would like to give him the opportunity for someone in the free world to reach out to him so that he may connect with a kind and caring individual as a pen pal. But even more in the hopes of gaining a positive friendship. My brother is a good and humble, loving and caring man whom I feel deserves someone other than his sister to reach out to him and touch his heart and life. As Dave's little sister, I care about what is in his life and if he is happy or not. So, I am positive that if someone out there would reach out to him in friendship, it would bring unexpected joy in his life.
