Hi, my name is Garrett. I am a fitness and nutrition specialist with a background in boxing and Ju Jit Su. I am hailing from Washington and Oregon with hopes of seeing more of the world. I am an animal lover, adventurer. I enjoy new foods, new experiences and love scary movies, especially old ones. I consider myself very creative, open minded and nonjudgmental.

I’ve cut a lot of people out of my life and am trying to replace them with people who are not hung up on what I can’t do or trying to hold me back but instead are patient, positive, understanding and can laugh off the hard parts of life. I went to a dark place recently when my mother was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer, followed by several unfortunate events, but since, she has recovered but I am still trying to pick up the pieces of other things by staying focused on rebuilding. Since my presence is no longer required in Washington, I am making new plans.

I’d like to make some new friends as well. Comedy and laughter are my go to. Life has been hard, and I am hoping to use those hard times as a platform to help others as well as myself.
