My name is James Simpson. I'm currently unlawfully imprisoned as the result of being illegally arrested, malicously prosecuted, and wrongfully convicted on drug charges, police and prosecutors never had probable cause to charge me with. My case is currently pending before the Virginia Court of Appeals. If these judges in this appeals court do their job and apply the law to the facts of my case, my conviction and sentence is certain to be reversed and all charges dismissed with prejudice.
