I am a 51 year old African American who has a strong passion for: reading, music, cooking, sports, exercising, movies, and writing.  My interests are: healthy living, education and world peace.

About myself, I believe in second chances, I believe in long walks and communication, I believe in being open minded along with being generous and kind.  I believe that life is truly what you as an individual make it, and what's imbedded in your heart.

I've been blessed and given a second chance in life, and with this chance I want t o share my blessing of understanding and hope.  At this time I am writing my first book, which is a memoir of my life, titled, "Wake me when it's over".  My purpose is to have the reader understand the tragedies one faces dealing with the false embraces of the street life.
