Hello, future friend. I appreciate you taking the time to get to know me. I’m excited about the opportunity to get to know you and develop a strong friendship.

I want to first say that in no way is my incarceration an indictment of my character. Yes, I’ve made mistakes. But I’ve taken ownership of them and I’m continuing to atone for them. While incarcerated I’ve done a lot of work on myself. That work is partly due to my furthering my education. While incarcerated I acquired my G.E.D., an Associate's in liberal arts, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Justice Studies. I also attribute much of my growth to the support of my loved ones. My mom especially. I don’t know where I’d be without her. Having my family in my corner has allowed me to remain grounded.

Resilient, outgoing, intelligent, straight forward, thoughtful, considerate, caring, loyal and trustworthy are the qualities that best describe me. I know, I know. You’re probably skeptical because just about everyone that you meet will tell you they possess those same qualities. But I’m the exception, not the rule. For real though. Lol.
