I'm looking to meet someone who is open, honest, and willing to begin what could become a long lasting "friendship".  I prefer that you are compassionate yet also outgoing, adventurous, and not afraid to be yourself.  All I ask is that you keep things "real".  Please no games, no lies, no drama.

A for me... I'm not the typical inmate, nor do I fit the stereotype that is often associated with someone in my circumstance.  I made a mistake, I've learned from it, and now as I'm close to paying off my debt to society, I am looking forward to the next phase of my life.  You will find as our friendship progresses that I am indeed rooted and ground in good values and beliefs.  I don't want money or sympathy, and I won't ever lie to you about anything.

I'm honest, straight forward, and I call it how it is.  No games, no bull crap- what you see is what you get.  I don't like liars, head games, or fictitious people.  I am open minded, understanding, and I judge no one, regardless of their race, religion, sex, or gender.  I don't even care if you've made a million mistakes in your lifetime.  I will always accept you for who you are as an individual.  I'm just a strong believer that friends are one of the most important people in life, and because of that belief, I'm looking to broaden my social life while hopefully building some solid friendships along the way.

I'm compassionate, loving, and loyal.  I'm an adventurous, outgoing, and down to earth type of guy (even a bit naughty at times).  I love the outdoors.  I like camping, hiking, fishing, and taking long drives out in the country.  I love thunderstorms, the sound of rain on the windowsill, and romantic evenings in front of a cozy fireplace.  I love the ocean, taking long walks in the snow, and getting lost in conversation.  I enjoy playing my guitar, practicing my vocals, and writing poetry.  I also love playing sports, staying in shape, and watching football (especially college ball).  Basically, I'm an easy going and laid back type of guy and I do the best to enjoy life.  We only live once, right?

If you're interested, feel free to write and we'll see where it takes us.  I can assure you that you won't be disappointed.  Please send a brief description of yourself, and I would love to have a photo of you as well.  Talk to you soon!

Occupation before prison: I worked for a variety of security agencies, particularly dealing with crowd control.  I also have experience in construction, mill work, pulling freight, and lumping.
Education: I graduated from high school in 1996.  During my incarceration I've graduated the "National Association of Institutional Linen Management" and earned my CLLM certification.  I've also earned my "Nursing Assistant" diploma from Straford Career Institute, I've been ordained, I have a Bachelors in Theology, I've earned my Masters in Religion, and currently I am working towards my ASB degree (Specialized Business Management).  *I have proof of all my credentials.
Activities in prison: Basketball, softball, soccer, flag football, and working out.  I also work in the embroidery department where I design and manufacture athletic products and I embroider products sent by other companies.  I am also part of a "Focus Group" to help create a transition program that will help lower the recidivism rate of inmates getting out by simply providing them with a combination of programs and resources to aid them... And finally, I will soon be a part of a future dog program here that will end up saving hundreds of dogs.
