The world is a library and every person past or present is a book. Some short, some long, just as some are brand new, some are old and worn from use, yet the one thing all these books have in common is that they all have a story written by truth on the pages of their life.

My friends call me Poet, my daughter calls me daddy, and though life has called me a lot of things, in the end I hope the one thing they'll say above all else is I was real. So because of that realness, I won't bore you with lies or try to convince you I'm something or someone I'm not. I am who I am and though little changes come about everyday, the core of me remains the same. I love my daughter, I'm loyal to my friends, and I pray to God every night for better days ahead. I love true and hate hard. I'm quick with a smile and love a good laugh. Yet I've never waived away from a fight when I believed it was worth fighting for. So as with those reading this, I'm a lot of things, some good, some bad, but all of them real.
