Being here has given me some time to reflect on the life I used to have and the life I wish to create when I am released. Fitness has become one of my passions. I guess you could say I am a gym rat. I have found so much joy in studying and learning about wellness, health, diet, and fitness.

I have also found great pleasure in teaching the people around me the knowledge I have learned. I know I want to help people find happiness and strength in living a healthy life. I wish to become a nutritionist.
