I am a 54-year-old man interested in making new friends or more. I have been in prison since 2009. I was scheduled for parole in 2012, but I caught a life sentence in 2013 due to an unfortunate incident. When I was in my cell, I was attacked by a gang member who died after I defended myself. I was charged and got life, but I am fighting it in court. I am a reformed soul who believes a second chance at life is possible if successful. I will be 100% honest with anyone who contacts me about my past. I was a meth addict in 2009, and it caused psychosis, which ended with me in prison. I have since changed my life and have been clean and sober for years now. I will never touch drugs again. I have had to purposefully spend my years in prison changing my life for the better. I took up meditation in 2012 and have practiced it for at least 1–2 hours a day since. I taught myself to paint a few years ago and now paint every day. I would love to share my art with you. I am an artist and love drawing and painting beautiful works of art. I am currently at R.J. Donovan Prison — the same prison the Menendez Brothers and Shug Knight are in, among other high-profile inmates. Kim Kardashian visited here recently. It’s an interesting place.
